It’s not uncommon for people to assume that if someone is psychic, they should know everything. The fact is, they don’t. Psychics are nothing more than astral postal workers. They simply deliver messages from the other side that are given to them. Sometimes those messages may come from departed loved ones or guides. Sometimes a psychic may tap into a universal consciousness. Consequently, they have no control over what messages they deliver and, rather than being all-knowing, are doing little more than passing information along.
Psychics who receive images and symbols, which they interpret for the person who is receiving the reading, are called clairvoyants. Psychics who communicate directly with the dead, and give bits of information to confirm the identity of the person who is departed, are called mediums. Some psychics receive both types of messages. Many psychics say that such abilities can be strengthened through meditation and self-hypnosis, which aid in delving deeper into the subconscious.
Why don’t psychics win the lottery? Most likely because their source of messages from the other side has not given them the winning numbers. Psychic ability, like all abilities we have, are supposed to be used to help others, not ourselves.
